Carol Chesley Kopp
Ballet, Pointe, Tap
Ms. Carol is the owner and principal instructor at Carol Chesley’s Studio of Dance. She began dancing at the age of three and received the majority of her training from the esteemed Betty Lou Stambaugh, a respected figure in Baltimore’s dance community. She also studied under renowned National Ballet of Washington artists Oleg Tupine and Frederick Franklin. With decades of teaching experience, Ms. Carol is passionate about guiding dancers to grow in both technique and confidence.
Mackenzie Luetje
Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, Modern, Musical Theater
Ms. Mackenzie began dancing at age three and joined Carol Chesley’s Studio of Dance when she was nine. She has been teaching at the studio for over ten years and remains dedicated to her own growth as both a dancer and educator. Mackenzie completed her teacher training through Dance Masters of America, earning certifications in ballet, jazz, and modern. Her classes focus on technique, expression, and helping dancers develop their unique style.
